Message: Stop by the store to do a little shopping for some groceries and I was glad that they were serving plate lunches and I got one and it was good. I found what I was looking for and that was in the meat department. Picked up a few packages and was satisfied with the prices. Good and fresh. The lunch was very good and enjoyable. Message: Breaux's has been a neighborhood staple for over 60 years here in same location; And although their prices are above-average for this particular area of Lafayette--their noon plate lunches and assorted fresh meats and cheeses have kept them in business as a staple of everyone's cabinets and refrigerators regardless of their high prices for the area.
