Message: Champagne's has some of the best daily plate lunches in the area. Everything I've ever had here is super delicious. That's one of the main reasons to go, but I've also had a few of the to-order items and they've all been delicious. Top it off with the fact that it's very fairly priced, and you can't go wrong.. Also, this is one of the only places that I found in Lafayette that has an actual slush puppy machine. Everybody has icees, but this is the real deal slush puppy. You would be crazy not to try one at least once in your life, if you haven't before.

Message: Champagnes grocery is not a associated with the Champagnes retail chain in the Acadiana area Shawn Pine's grocery little neighborhood mom-and-pop type grocery that has the absolutely best shrimp stew on Fridays and roast beef all of the days of the week fantastic breakfast sandwiches and and other down home Deli type products that are known in the neighborhood for being as good or just like Grandma made try it you'll love it.
